要怎么下载, 是访问他的云盘下载吧,但是没权限, 以前提交了Download Access, 但是没有回应, 还需要再提交吗, 他说了"Do not repeat this process if you already entered your email address with the same hardware. Or I will ignore your request/remove your current access." 不能重复提交, 那么我该怎样才能访问到他的云盘,请教一下,谢谢
